Finishing touches on Winch install - OEM bumper

I am looking to put the finishing touches on my winch install. - Filler plates have been ordered from Maximus-3, but how do people fill the holes left behind by the bolts removed when you pull the filler plate off the bumper?

I would just put the factory bolts (or bigger versions) back in it. Use some washers on the underside if needed. That way it all looks uniform.
