I can't tell...Is this Granite Crystal or Black?

Looks like GC to me, Billet Silver doesn’t look black in shadow... I suppose it could be a major sun flare on a black hood? This pic (below) is definitely Granite Crystal! ;{

That sure looks like Granite! Would be the first photo I've seen and beats the paint schedule by a month+. Paint is lighter than bumper/tires/hood latches and looks like the metallic shimmer. Hard to tell for sure with only one photo & how the sun is hitting it.

Wheels don't look LE though. Hard to tell with plastic over the wheels, but looks like the standard wheels. Does have the trail cam, which so far have only been seen on LEs.

Where'd this come from? Ask the originator for more photos...

Seeing a real one makes me glad I'm waiting it out!

If you zoom in on the wheel, the edges of the spokes do look black, rather than the polished silver of the standard Rubi JT wheels!
Oh shit... there go my hopes again... through the ROOF! ;{

The pic is from the Jeep Plant FB page. Looked like the woman’s husband works in the paint division there. On Memorial day she was given a tour of the plant to see where her new gladiator was build. But the photo give hope to those waiting on the Granite Crystal!!

Zooming in, you can see the wheels are solid black through the plastic. Definitely got a front cam. Tonneau cover, body colored flares... yep! That’s my Granite Crystal LE alright!

Just talked to Brandi at FCA chat, she said that mine has been in C status for 34 days now and that she would escalate the case to the brands team to find out why it's been in C status for that long, said I'd get an email or something when she finds out more info.

I heard that same thing almost 2 weeks ago. I was given a case number for the escalation. Still havent heard anything from FCA.

I spoke to the LE Concierge this morning and I am still in C status for over a month, she did offer any information other than it should move in a couple of weeks.

My Grand Cherokee has been at the dealership for almost 2 weeks now (guess the EcoDiesel-Gate software fix exposed a bunch of other exhaust system issues with my GC and now exhaust parts are back ordered).

So between no Grand Cherokee and no Granite LE Gladiator, I’m feeling a little cranky. Today they got me in a Granite Crystal FCA truck. Not my final Granite, but will work until I get one of my Jeeps back.

I have a GC LE in C status. Not as long as some here. Scarlet from the Concierge desk told me to check back in a couple of weeks.

It’s probably been mentioned, but she told me they have to clean the paint booth and guns to do GC. With the other four colors, they don’t. So they queue up a bunch of GCs so they can all be painted in the same run.

I had a fully loaded Ram for years loved it, but we live outside of Santa Fe, a little old Spanish town, lotsa traffic and winding, narrow, streets, difficult to maneuver, (and impossible to park), a big truck! Up here in the mountains where we live, and I have to work with the Horses and Cattle... same problem, between the Forest, rocks, and Canyons, I need the Gladiator for its smaller size as well as it’s capabilities! ;{

does anyone know when the dealerships will be able to place non LE granite orders ? MY sales rep has my entire order in but can chose the Granite color to complete and submit the build to Jeep
