I ordered mine on april 3rd within an hour of the LE site coming online. I turned my friend onto the site about 3 hours later and he didnt get call until about the 8th and is picking up his white LE today.... just wrong....

So supposedly we have our first forum member with a Granite (non-LE) VIN:

If that's true and if non-LE Granites start production next week (6/20), and if Granite LEs really lag by another ~2 weeks (7/8), the Granite LE folks should see VINs before the end of the month (lots of ifs, but Jeep isn't giving any of us definitive info).

I feel bad to say this, but I thought you might at least appreciate the confirmation. I ordered Granite 6/6 and got a vin today, D status. I am not getting to excited yet, I have the 6 speed.

-bed liner (required with my configuration)
-forward trail cam

Nice! So 2 Granite VINs today, and Sting-Gray order banks opened. It's a start. Maybe Granite LEs will get built soon after all!

So if non-LE Granites are getting VINs/D status 1 week before builds are suppose to start (6/20), then hopefully Granite LEs will get VINs 7/1 (or a few days earlier due to the holiday in between).
