It rained for about 5 minutes then started to mini hail for 15 mins up here in foco. Then the rest the snow came, we didn't get as much as you guys did.

Same storm for me on the south end of Denver. My M/Ts slip a fair bit on the icy roads but I expected that. What I did not expect was how bad the defroster and wipers are. They sucked. Had to pull over and rescrape 5 times over the course of an hour.

That's not good news. Hope we don't get one of those 10 year winters down here if that's the case.

Ooof. You'd think with so little windshield to defrost it'd be easier.

This was not a typical snow storm but more like an ice storm so this might be a bit more extreme in this situation. I did notice several other vehicles having the same problem. I can say with certainty that my JT system is orders of magnitude better than my old 74 CJ5 but also is worse than all my other vehicles I have owned. The main observation is that there does not seem to be good airflow out to the sides of the windshield due to the speaker blocking that part of the windshield.

But you can fold the windshield down!

Yep, as soon as snow hits the rockies we get the foehn winds down here in SoCal. Found out today my Gladiator does get pushed by 45 mph side gusts!

I’m gonna try some of the plugs mentioned from McMaster. See if it disperse the air flow better.
