That's not good news. Hope we don't get one of those 10 year winters down here if that's the case.Same storm for me on the south end of Denver. My M/Ts slip a fair bit on the icy roads but I expected that. What I did not expect was how bad the defroster and wipers are. They sucked. Had to pull over and rescrape 5 times over the course of an hour.
Ooof. You'd think with so little windshield to defrost it'd be easier.Same storm for me on the south end of Denver. My M/Ts slip a fair bit on the icy roads but I expected that. But you can fold the windshield down! This was not a typical snow storm but more like an ice storm so this might be a bit more extreme in this situation. I did notice several other vehicles having the same problem. I can say with certainty that my JT system is orders of magnitude better than my old 74 CJ5 but also is worse than all my other vehicles I have owned. The main observation is that there does not seem to be good airflow out to the sides of the windshield due to the speaker blocking that part of the windshield.
Great to hear- I am having same put on tomorrownitto terra grapplers G2 (35nch) was happy with their performance... glad I didnāt go the MT route because in the past I have had bad experience on ice
