@ORACLElights - I have a set of the heated LED’s that I’ve had on my truck for about a month and I just noticed I have the burn-in on one of the lights.

What’s the procedure for replacement or getting on the list for the ones that don’t have the issue? I can send photos - just want to make sure I’m following your process.

The burnt spots expanded throughout the winter on my headlights. Any update on replacement that do not have the issue or a refund (not store credit)? Oracle provided a product that is not ready for the market and defective.

Yes, we are close to having the updated version available. We have some samples that we are currently testing before giving the green light on shipping. No ETA just yet.
