@ORACLElights - I have a set of the heated LED’s that I’ve had on my truck for about a month and I just noticed I have the burn-in on one of the lights.

What’s the procedure for replacement or getting on the list for the ones that don’t have the issue? I can send photos - just want to make sure I’m following your process.

The burnt spots expanded throughout the winter on my headlights. Any update on replacement that do not have the issue or a refund (not store credit)? Oracle provided a product that is not ready for the market and defective.

The experience when dealing directly with Oracle improved my outcome. I suggest reaching out via DM or their customer service email. It will require a commitment of time to remediate your issue.

@ORACLElights - I was wondering if you had any update on the redesign. I have a pair I purchased and installed in March that had the burn-in on both headlights. I have already submitted an RMA that was dealt with by you promptly and it was agreed that you'd ship the new ones once they are completed/redesigned. Can you confirm that Oracle is still working on a redesign? I'm just wondering if it's better to explore other options with you regarding a swap (potentially for non-heated) or refund at this point. I'm fine waiting if it's actually coming.

Yes, we are close to having the updated version available. We have some samples that we are currently testing before giving the green light on shipping. No ETA just yet.
