As the title suggests. The adjustment screw won't turn. It's so frozen I broke the tip off a screw driver trying to adjust. Anybody have one of these and experience the adjustment screw freezing? Anybody find a fix? I'm a couple months out of warranty of course, and also really can't afford to be without my Jeep for too long. Of course I moved across country and lost the stock stabilizer and parts during my move. Well this sucks.

That stinks, I have the same one - no issues. Have you tried hitting it with some penetrating oil? I would say maybe try a hammer impact with the appropriate sized flathead bit but you might muck it up.

Haven't tried that. But good idea. I found another thread here in the Wrangler forums. But Fox just sent them a replacement.

Looks like Fox may have stepped up and replaced it for them under warranty after it expired. I'd go that route, these suckers aren't cheap.
Agreed. They said turnaround time is about 10 days right now. That's assuming they do a good-faith repair/replacement. Maybe I can find someone in the area that has replaced theirs and might sell their factory stabilizer so I can still drive. Such an inconvenience!

Just discovered the same thing on mine. It turned a little and now won’t budge. Shop told me they left it on factory setting of 5 clicks so there should be 20 clicks left.

I’ll give that penetrating oil a try.

PB Blaster is about the same. And easier to find. Have used both in the past.

Yeah Kriol is hard to find locally, so I order it on Amazon

Your Jeep is still entirely drivable without a steering stabilizer
