Frustrated! Built over 2 weeks ago but not yet shipped

Ordered my Gladiator on 10/13, has been build complete for over 2 weeks and it's still just sitting in storage and not shipped. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yeah, same here. Ordered 10/23, Window sticker 12/10, still sitting in storage waiting to ship as of Thursday before Jeep Chat went on holiday break.

After 2 chats and an email from my dealer over the last 2 weeks telling me it had shipped

I found the dealer knew a lot more than "chat".

Wow, you guys have dealers that, like, communicate? Return emails, answer calls, stuff like that? Must be nice!

I ordered on 10/23, then emailed on 10/25 to confirm the paperwork was done and to request a VIN and VON. They waited five days to reply.
Asked a question on 11/3... No response.
Asked for an update on 11/12... No response.
Asked again on 11/26... No response.
Got my window sticker 12/10 and emailed the dealer to confirm status... Responded! Let me know the truck was in storage.
On 12/12, I requested that they not add dealer stickers/badges to the truck... No response.
Asked for a status update 12/23... No response.

At this point, I'm tempted to start emailing every day just to see how long it takes them to respond, if ever.

When I ordered mine 2 years ago, it sat for a month. This was pre-covid. 3 weeks is pretty normal.

Where are you getting the K2 or whatever status? Ordered on 10/28, sticker issued 12/15, nothing from dealer saying whether theres a shipping date or in storage or what

If your truck is being shipped by rail it can sit awhile.

When mine was build in mid October it sat for around a week before it got on the truck to Gupton.

Update, my truck shipped December 28th, was supposed to have it Jan 6, still don't have it. The location where they unload from the train (near Philly) is full and they can't get any truck drivers to deliver vehicles to dealers. My dealer alone has over 200 vehicles sitting there waiting to be shipped to them. About to go buy a different vehicle.

You're almost at the finish line...why start all over again?

Yes, rail shipping is a cluster. Part of why I went with Gupton (they get trucked directly from Toledo)
