Hi all,
I'm fine with the OEM rock rails on my Jeep but would like to install just a small protrusion out of the side of the rail for my wife to step on. She's 5'1" and has a hard time getting in. She has said she doesn't need much, just something to put her foot on.
I can spend the money on the extended stock rail or something aftermarket. But hesitate because all I need is something that sits close to the rail that comes out about an inch so she can put her foot on it.
I've found some marine grab rails that will work, but am wondering if anything like this exists for the Gladiator in the offroad world. Again, this would protrude straight out the side of the rail and not hang below it.
Something even lower profile would be ideal.
Thoughts?
BTW - this grab handle is made from stainless tubing, has a 500 lb weight limit in tension and cost $30.
