Cheapest starts at about $50k USD.

A regular ram rebel 1500 starts at 100K there too though, so car prices are not comparable between locales.

It was sarcasm. You go to South America and you see all these midsize trucks with turbo diesel motors and manual transmissions, but can't even order that combo from the manufacturer here. How about a Chevy Colorado with a manual and diesel? If/when it's released here the only options will be an automatic transmission and gas motor with maybe a small diesel motor. Hopefully I'm wrong.
