Was in Texas this past week for work -- business cohort and I went to dinner in his Wrangler Rubicon. He's a member of the NTX Jeep club... We were walking back from dinner and ran into another Jeep Club gathering.

He ducked every single jeep....

When a guy grabs a pipe from the back of his car to attack me with, and do God knows what to my kids, putting me in the position where I have to decide if I’m going to collect his heartbeat right in front of my kids, thats the definition of a ruined fucking day bro.

totally sucks that happened. not at all saying how you should have handled it....I wasnt there and I get you were with your kids. I stand by my statement though....dont let dickheads ruin your day. there are just too many of them out there.

I have been ducked, should be turtled regularly. The parking spots in town are so narrow, more so with all this snow and ice piled at curb. Parallel parking.

Even though I got one this winter, never knew what it was until just now seeing this thread. Certainly didn't make my day at the time. You may think it's cute but not everyone wants somebody leaving crap on their 50K Jeep. Jeep waves and a 'Nice Jeep' comment are great but show some respect to other folks, don't touch what ain't yours.

Not ducked, but was koozied twice.
Passed one of the koozies onto another nice Hydro Blue JKU but that guy looked pissed.

Whatever, their loss. Could come out to worse things left attached to your vehicles...

Seems some folks are offended by getting ducked. I personally am not, but it has me giving second thoughts to ducking someone else. I see in no way the little duck someone placed on my door handle, caused any noticeable anything. How would some of these guys act if they were to have that chalk, parking police use to mark tires, put on their tire. Or a parking ticket placed between wiper and windscreen. Supermarket flyers and what not.

I've never had my Gladiator ducked here in the Cleveland area, but Ironically we were in Myrtle Beach the week of Christmas, we flew down and I had a rental JL. It got ducked in the Barefoot Landing parking lot. Made me smile. I re-ducked it to someone up here, I assumed part of the game was to see how far you could get your little duck to travel.

Yeah I don't get it. You go out in public and then get upset if someone compliments your vehicle? It would maybe be a different story if you were parked behind your house and found one... or that guy who talked about a stranger literally kicking his tires.

I keep seeing this $50k figure thrown around a lot too. I guess maybe it's because I only paid $37k for my Jeep?
