Hard to beat a hitch rack. Mounted on a kuat pivot.

Are those kids bikes on there? How do they hold up in transit? Looking at something like this so I can use it on the JT, Van, and back of the camper. afraid to pull the trigger due to the cost of these setups.I’ve been using the Hollywood rack from amazon, for the past four years. It’s modular so it holds two bikes and you can add the two additional rack part on the end of it. Now that I have the gladiator though, I think I’ll use a tailgate bike pad to hall my bikes around.
Yes, those are two 24” bikes, along with my 29er and my wife’s 27”. The rack has been used many times for long distance drives, with all four bikes on it. I use it on average 3 times a week, for the past 4 years. Rack still operates like new.Are those kids bikes on there? How do they hold up in transit? Is yours something like this one?Yes, those are two 24” bikes, along with my 29er and my wife’s 27”. The rack has been used many times for long distance drives, with all four bikes on it. I use it on average 3 times a week, for the past 4 years. Rack still operates like new.
I have put four adult bikes on it as well. Works the same. The rack is no frills, but it gets the job done well. Also folds up, when not in use. After four years, I would buy it again.
yeah that’s it. It’s just a newer version with a locking mechanism. The padded hooks that pull down over the top tube lock in place With a key. Mine don’t lock.
Nice Marins. It is hard to beat the value of those bikes. I have a Rift Zone myself. The KB vodoo cross bars have been awesome for transporting my bikes this summer. It is a little tight rolling the tonneau cover up the few times I've needed. It would be sweet if one side had a quick release pin, the other side had a hinge and gas struts. So you could unpin one side and the struts would lift the bars a few inches, and make the cover more accessible. Without the bikes being loaded of course.

@Mudder17 Where did you get the front wheel holders. Those are genius.Last Saturday’s project! Exactly how I envisioned it except for those damn bolt heads. 2 rains and looks like crap. Will replace with stainless tomorrow.
Thanks.@Mudder17 Where did you get the front wheel holders. Those are genius.
