These guys are starting to make me look bad. I didn't see all those blemishes! Time to get my eyes checked.

Good effort though! I still remember doing body work for a summer helping a buddy of mine and it’s amazing how quickly you can dump 150+ hours into filling, blocking, sanding and repeating on the same damn car and still find low spots ?

Not too late to change it to Hydro Blue, I can swing by and take it off your hands, as we all know you are one of those guys that like to tinker and do a project then get bored right after, looks great Mike! Probably not too long yet.....Jack

I'll put in the change order to Blue now! I'm tired of this one already.

From the picture I thought they messed up the paint. Nope, just a reflection of the shop on the reflective finish.

Wow! Looks fantastic. Is this after wet sanding and final buffing?

It’s all done and buffed out. The shine is from the multiple clear coats. My truck looks that good when it’s washed.

You had to ask that, didn’t you. If we don’t count the thousand hours researching on the internet, I think I’m around 400 hours of labor. Of course half of those hours, I was scratching my head trying to figure out how to do the next step?

How many hours do you think it would take if you had a few more under your belt and molds/ templates? Hypothetically

A fiberglass mold made from this prototype would be a game changer. Gel coat and spray in the fiberglass and you have a shell in a couple days. Still have to build the rest of it, but that would cut the labor down to a fraction.
