I was skeptical at first, they're kinda pricey, but the guy I worked with was really great. Sent pictures after it was painted and made a last minute change for me, before they shipped it. Also purchased a color matched cowl panel from them, both parts are good quality (they just buy from Mopar and paint) and color was matched perfectly.

They treated me right, so I'll pass along a good recommendation for them.

If I have the DRL set to amber what happens with turn signals?

They blink amber along with the fender turn signals. A really nice setup for those who don't run fenders or for those of us that are considering going to a different style fender in the near future.
