would a lift and the extra weight of tires/wheels hurt an automatic transmission over time?

Newbie here...

Can someone please clarify the impacts to towing capacity with 37s? Are there impacts? If so what are the mitigations after you do go 37s.
thanx

I paid $1495.00 plus tax for the lift.
I paid $586.00 for install, including alignment
Rides the same after, stock wheels n tires.
For those of you who have had the Mopar 2" lift installed, how does the ride and handling compare to the Stock ride (I have a Rubicon)? I am amazed of the ride quality and do not want to lose any quality. Also, how much has everyone paid. Two local dealers did not have any in stock nor could they find a price to quote even when I gave them the part number. One dealer quoted $1495 for the lift which was expected but said it would be $850 for the installation and another $150 for an alignment. The instal price seems high compared to what I have been reading.

Question, if the dealer installs another brand lift (i.e. RoughCountry) does it void the warranty? Also, has anyone done a 4"mopar? Pictures?
There is no 4 inch Mopar Lift.

The dealership that did it may cover the lift however other dealerships can and will say no if the lift can be blamed in anyway.

I'm aware of that but not for the Gladiator. I sure hope he doesn't get doped into putting a jk lift on the Gladiator. Crazy glued on shocks lol

Hello all!

I need help. I just bought KO2 37x12.5r17 and I planned on using the stock rubicon wheels for now.

My installer is telling me that 37s won’t fit the stock rim. 7.5” is too narrow.

I need real world experience here and not heresay.

Will my tires work with the mopar lift for street duty to get home? I will do a full flex and compression test as soon as I drive it back.
