Got my window sticker yesterday. But... Know seems to be the longest wait. No sticker or build sheet to keep searching for. Its just wait, wait, and wait for her to get to the dealership.

I was prepared for a wait. I run a warehouse for a major Plastic corporation and deal with orders and shipping daily. I understand that special orders take time. I do not make promises to our customers that I cannot fulfill in a timely fashion. When problems arise, I feel good communication solves most issues.

I did not bite at an LE despite waiting for years for this truck to be made. I appreciate those who did want to be the first to have this vehicle. They embody the love and passion that makes Jeep what it is.

The problem is not the wait, it is the order in which build selection is done. Exceptions do occur like the standard transmission issue, or bed liner problem but Jeep should inform said customer and then continue production in the sequence in which orders are placed. I am sure there is a science to grouping similar builds and color choices but that should not create major discrepancies in sequence.

The hardest thing is watching similar orders fly through the system while others sit for no reason well past estimated completion dates.

If this post generates a response from JeepCares, please don't bother if your going to tell me the same story and information you have been distributing to your loyal Jeep customer base. Bad information and poor procedures only foster low opinions.

Shoot straight with your customers and provide real information or set up a system that does.

I sure hope you are right. Paint build dates show 7/8, though we've seen photos of one on Memorial Day. Really getting tired of the wait (and hearing people complain that their orders from 2 weeks ago haven't shipped yet while we're in VIN-less C status on orders placed 4/3).
“Good things come to those who wait!” I think the Cosmos is teaching us all (GC LE EVENTUAL owners) a lesson about the perils of “immediate gratification”! ;{

I agree with you more than you realize. I talked to my dealer yesterday, who contacted FCA again. They told him the information in the system is correct.
Dealer replied, "you realize the system says order accepted 5/2, von and vin assigned 5/4, D1 all parts in and build sequence ready 5/6, estimated delivery 6/2. And you realize today is 6/6 past the date."
Yes, the system is correct. (WTF)
No, I don't have the bumper it was locked. No, I decided not to "wait for granite" and ordered Black. Almost everything else is on it no paint on the top or fenders.
Someone bypassed my order some how?
@JeepCares explain this one lol

The majority of us in this group are living this same reality.

Our LE's are only 13 VON apart. My silver one is on a train somewhere. Where in the US are you?

Looks like we ordered similar. If you ordered May 2nd give it a few hours. If you ordered a few days later. Good luck! There was an order that was 3 days before mine
