Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking

Starting from my order on 4/4 my salesman checks the system each morning he is at work and sends me a text if the status has changed or if the location has changed. Just got an update this morning that it is in Glendive, MT about 236 miles away.

EDIT: I know it shows the legs of the journey as I've seen it on his computer. If yours hasn't left Toledo yet then there probably isn't anything to report. Also, if you're using Jeep Chat then they're probably punting and I'd go to your dealership for more personal care.

Received a call today to say my Gladiator has been delivered to the dealer depo about 40 minutes away. I should have it by the weekend!! Super excited finalized all the paperwork today so Friday should be smooth sailing. Saturday morning I’ll be testing her out at Big Bear.

Replace my VIN with yours

The tracker just found my build and sticker 6/18 and 6/19 respectively. However it "Shipped" on 6/17. Best bet for updates is your sales rep or dealer or at least that was my experience.

In JB waiting on a bedliner I never ordered. I have not heard anything since last week.

Well mine has been at the rail depot since Monday unloaded on Tuesday and NOTHING still not at the dealership and they have no idea when they will get it! Going out of my mind with all this waiting especially since I know it ssoooooo close sitting at the depot!

My dealer is basically a child with communication. Can't ask more than one question at a time and he'll forget after a day or two. So I use the chat.

When I call mines to get information his respond is nothing is available yet!! Then I research on line and found all the information!!! I asked about my VIN & sticker, he said its not ready yet!!! I went read aloud on the forum and found the VIN and got my sticker!!! so I called him and asked again... after his lame respond I sent him the text of what I had

Just got an update. Apparently my LE is on production hold and VIN hasn't been assigned due to "Production Resources"

It was "Sorry, a window sticker is unavailable for this VIN at this time."

Now it says "We are unable to retrieve a window sticker for this VIN at this time."

Does anyone know what this may mean besides the fact that I still don't have a VIN?

How are you checking for a sticker without a VIN? Also did you order a GC LE by any chance?

I have a VIN & Build Sheet. Just waiting on the sticker. I ordered it on 5/2 and currently on my 10th day in JB. It is not an LE.

I ordered my LE on the April 7th and I still don't have a VIN I'm actually getting quite ticked off.

My bad, meant to say Sticker. I can completely understand your position and mounting frustration.

I have seen many walk away and make deals on dealer spec vehicles on lots.

Really a bad situation that has only gotten worse.

Since your in Houston. Will you let me know about how long it takes once it ships out? It will at least let me know about how long it takes once I am where you are at being that I am over here in Beaumont.
