I just got one today too. I wonder how long it usually takes from getting a window sticker to arriving at dealer.

I reached out to Jeep chat since Daniel Gupton is on vacation they said delivered on 6/18 which is day I recieved window sticker I ordered 6/3 kinda hard to believe

just checked mine, she's in JB status, all built and sent of to vendor to apply trailer hitch and Trail Rail Management System , ETA shipping Sat June 26

I got a good person on the chat today (third try):

"Thank you so much for holding. I am showing all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process very soon."

Hopefully mine isn't too much longer. It is looking like ~12 weeks is the magic number for Canadians.

Yea I had Brandi and she said “ I can see from previous attempts you have been advised we are a US chat and not able to assist you” so busted

I am sure they do, or records attached to our VINs and VONs.. a bit embarrassing but I want to know why my Jeep has been held up for almost a week less then two hours away..crazy..all built but just sitting there..

but your truck is at the yard here in windsor correct ( Cassens) , dealer must have a eta of arrival at their dealership

The dealer told me yesterday that it was supposed to hopefully arrive today but not looking like that, been tracking via VIN on Cassens site and there is no movement. And yes it is in the yard there in Windsor at Cassens…. Sitting there all alone.. so sad

They can think of me what they want. At the end of the day, I paid good money for this product.... they offer the Jeep Chat service, I will take advantage of it.

I agree with you more then you can imagine.. I have flipped out on FCA Canada for not having this service for us, what privacy laws could they even be talking about..it is my truck, why not tell me what’s up..so I agree!!! They have the info and what kills me is when they say they have no access to Canadian orders.. which is complete BS.. we know that!!
