I'm in E (Framing) today. My estimated ship date is tomorrow (which isn't going to happen) and it seems like they're starting builds on or before the ship date. They should just rename that the 'estimated build date'

No eye deer if mine's on a train...

Already named it though. Cole (Coal), it's a black diesel, so...

Plus, "Santa" always put lumps of coal in my kid's stocking (with Hotwheels cars inside). ;o)

I'm in the same boat. Waiting for it to board a train to Twin Oaks. Site says it was built on 4/26, but the dealer said it was only shippable since 5/27.

Only other info the dealer was able to give was that Jeep's storage lots are overflowing due to a shortage of truck drivers.

I didn't realize the plant and the rail yard were connected. Makes sense. An teresting look at the Toledo warehouse where they get rail loaded.

Wonder when that picture was taken? That is a few thousand Wranglers and Gladiators just sitting there.
And such a depressing scene. So much Black, and Grey, and Silver, and White. Are we really that drab of a bunch??? Where are all of the earth tones, and fun colors, that other manufacturers offer? Where’s Mango Tango? Where’s HellRaisin? Where’s Plum Crazy? Where’s Hemi Orange? Where’s Sassy Grass? Where’s Sublime? Where’s Top Banana? Where’s this:

I will say from the satellite image that Firecracker really stands out from the crowd. Hydro gets it’s due from above also.
C’mon Stellantis, give us some options that aren’t BLAH.

Well mine sat on the lot after being built from 4/26 until 6/9 when it was shipped, so if all sit for five or six weeks...

Hell its a wonder any of us get them with them sitting around like that. I sure wouldn’t wanna be in charge of figuring out where all them go

On my order sheet it says "Zone 70-Phoenix Arizona" I assume that the rail will go to Phoenix, and then by truck to Albuquerque, but who knows. My JTR has been on rail since 6/9.
What does jeep.com say? I'm assuming you are getting that from dealer.

Sport S -
Ordered 4/26
Built 6/3
Shipped TBD
Estimated Delivery TBD(first day Jeep listed it as 7/14)

Looks like some folks which have similar build dates have estimated delivery dates in late June/early July. Wish I could pick up in Toledo and have my delivery charge back.
Went from no ETA to delivered. Just got the call from my dealer. Jeep.com still list as TBD for delivery.

What truly sells?
White.
Here's the current list -
Jeep Gladiator Gladiator Window Sticker and Build Sheet Order Tracking 1655473919121

Looking around, it's white for sure - that includes Jeeps. My wife has made a game of counting the Jeeps she sees on our driving outings. She sort of mentally tracks the type or model. I mentally track colors. White is overwhelming among all Jeep models be it Cherokee, Grand Cherokee, whatever. The exception is Renegade. I see more orange of those than anything else and I'm not sure I've seen a white one in recent months.
OF course the colors are regional - CA has different percentages and order than say MO or FL might have. The list above is over-all, national if you will. So a person in PA could argue - successfully, that the list is wrong - for their area.

Having been in other countries recently, I can say that white, black, gray, silver are so overwhelmingly the majority - and I can't say I've even seen a red car or truck in some of those places........... well, here's a good example........
We were visiting my son and his family in Korea in 2019. Traffic like most of Korea is heavy there. So we saw thousands of cars and SUVs - hundreds every day. We walked to the grade school where my grandson was going at the time to go get him after school let out. As we were walking back to their apartment several blocks away, walking along a 6 lane city street (3 each way) suddenly Anson blurts out "look, grandma, a blue car!" - he was excited.
We looked at each other and came to the conclusion it was a very rare thing to see a car with any color - everything else that went by was white, black, silver, gray.
Imagine how he might have reacted if a red one had gone by!
