Alright club members. I have two questions for all of you that ordered since Gobi came back up.

1) Anyone move up in status yet

2) Am I the only one that checks cryptostickers twice a day?

I know the rumor is May 9th start, but I can hope right?
Seems that the May 9th rumors are not necessarily true. My dealer told me today that my build was moved to D! status as of 4/26 (ordered on 4/12.)

Well it would be nice if our dealers would be so kind!😂

It would be nice if I could classify them as "kind" but I called to get a status update. It was kind of him to drop what he was doing to check though so I guess there's that!

By the way, there was a thread that listed all the different status definitions and I cannot find it. Any ideas?

once I heard the May 9 date, I stopped. (and now only 1x/day) :headbang:

I know the rumor is May 9th start, but I can hope right?

Guess I can answer my first question now as a yes. I moved to D1 but with the system issues, my contact doesn't have a delivery date yet. He is watching out for the system returning since he has a vested interest with an order too.

Here's to hoping everyone gets a quick (and accurate) build/delivery!

I ordered a GOBI on 3/31 and the dealer just called me and stated D1 with a ship date of 5/18. Not sure if that is the build date or what.

Just curious. I get a lot of information that says build price or trim level doesnt really matter as far as build time, some say it does. Even color batch doesnt matter. A friend ordered a 392 wrangler and they told him that the color batch does matter and red is next up for builds. So who really knows. Im fine with waiting till its at my house.

I don‘t thing anything really matters until it matters. Alternatively, things run smooth as long as they’re smooth. … bahahaha !

All joking aside, from my limited prior life experience in manufacturing, lines run best in a continuous states with the fewest batch changes. I have no doubt they operate with sound change cycle practices, but it would be easy to see how kinks in supply or delays could result in limited runs or decreased efficiencies.
