Curious if anyone has run a fixed set of air lines on the JT to expedite airing up tires.

I have a similar setup and am keen to get this setup to be a bit more convenient. Thinking of getting the lines setup so I only have a small coil of hose for each tire to run instead.
That makes sense. Mine has to supply 2 vehicles so a hard line wouldn’t do much for me. That’s why going off the back of the vehicle instead of the front.

If I were to hard pipe air on a vehicle, I'd use a 1 hole cushioned clamp, like the following.

Hey that there would work great with those magnetic bolt mount things off of Amazon!! Air lines along the inside of the frame tucked up out of the way and it’s not permanent. Might use something like this for my locker lines when I redo them to run to the bed.

I have the type of system that Trail Recon has, but was looking for something a bit faster. I've got young kids and they get impatient with the process and the faster I'm back on the road, the faster they settle down. Last few times the process of rolling the hose back up and putting the compressor away resulted with some unhappy campers and was dreaming of cannibalizing the parts to hard mount the lines to the chassis with quick disconnects at the end, so the whole process was only a few minutes instead of ~30.
