Bought at a good price, sales left something to be desired.

Sales folks say there is a 1-800 number to call to get a true owner's manual and a Gladiator Multi-Tool.

The number they gave me is disconnected.

Might anyone have that number?

Congratulations!! I am jealous... mine is still waiting in line to start the build... am really tempted to go with a color already on the lots....

Now that was fun.

Called the number that B345T so kindly offered, and was transferred a number of times, and put on hold for a long period.

Finally got through to brusque, disinterested operator who forwarded to some question ad site.

Am I over 55?

Would I like free road side assistance?

Would I like three free oil changes?

Omaha steaks?

I hung up, and tried again.

Same thing.

So I tried the website the Jeep Cares so kindly offered.

Loaded my info, and an error message popped saying that I was "Not the first owner"?

On that page a place to send MOPAR an E-Mail, so we'll try that.

Thanks for the help folks, my first JEEP and finding it truly an adventure.

A fun one, the reward is the destination!

Well that sucks ... When mine arrives I am getting the full version that is free of charge to the first owner (unless FCA has changed the rules) and that is our number to call for that book from the dealership...

B345T, still appreciate your help, more help than the dealer offered.

You got me through to MOPAR, then from there it went wacky.

The dealer's numbers didn't get me anywhere, all disconnected.

So the quest continues, awaiting an E-Mail from MOPAR.

Thinking that the dealership may not have forwarded the info yet, and they are still listed as the owner?

I dunno, still appreciate your help.

You are correct in that phone fiasco..I called our rep was transferred 2 times and finally have the phone number ( I called to verify first) you can get the printed overs manual free of charge...800-9921997 sorry for the inconvenience
