They usually take a few days when you’re asking questions and they want to sell you something… I wish well to those who give them money.

In the days I was in a Nissan, PRGGreg was equally as crappy in my experience, except it seems EOC actually eventually ships products.

Well, I replied back to their TCM tune instructions email about issues with my TCM tune and I been waiting a month for a reply …

Yeah, quicker response going straight to MrTuning. Usually responds within 24hrs. That was my experience when inquiring about their tune. I ultimately went with GDE--which btw was super responsive and have superb customer service.
