I picked up a 2023 Willys last week, I got the opportunity to go off-roading last year with a few friends and just loved it, took my mind off of things. After debating to make my Santa Cruz work, I started looking at broncos/Tacoma's/4runners/jeeps, with today’s pricing I got a sweet deal on my Willys I couldn’t pass up.
So far, I added comfort features mods to it: Extra USB ports (ran power off the 12V), Dash cam (front and rear), floor lighting, Boom Mat sound deadening kit, Wireless charging (ran cable in dash for a clean look), roll up tonneau cover, bed fence/extender. Dealership did the spray in box liner and undercoat for me.
Mods am planning to do this year is to add the factory Aux switches and bed power outlets, I do need to look into winter tires. I do have a question, is the tazer mini worth it or should I be fine with 12 and 8 pin diagnostic connecter with a OBD2 (Vgate) for adding the switches and plug?
Glad to be part of the family and community, so far it’s been amazing.
