I need your help identifying a solar charging device for my setup. First, here's my explanation...

I have a SPOD Bantamx system with the expansion pack running to the rear bed. There is a 2awg wire (from the front battery) delivering power to a junction block that runs my arb compressor along with the Bantamx switch panel.

Separately I have an Ecoflow delta max battery pack for our overlanding needs. Runs a fridge, coffee maker etc... This charges off of (3) 100w solar panels wired in series that are mounted on my RTT. This delivers (61.2V @ 4.91 amps) to the Ecoflow which has a MPPT inside of it. I wire it this way because it has a 13amp max input.

No here is my dilemma, I would like to revise my bed for a custom drawer system and the 2awg wire and junction block is in the way. I would like to eliminate these two items and just put an independent 12v car battery back in the bed BUT I would like to charge both the independent battery and the Ecoflow off of the solar.

Soo...Is there a device out there that will charge the 12v to the car battery but then overflows to the ecoflow once the 12v battery is full. How would the device know to send 12v to one system and the full 61.2V to the other battery?

As a last resort I can just put a battery selector switch inline of the solar with two outputs. One output can go to a mppt that delivers to the 12v and the other selector can go straight to my ecoflow BUT its something I have to manage. I would like it to run automatically.

Not sure if I should have posted this in the electronics section but figured I would start here...

definitely a unique situation but its been done before. Your looking for a smart Solar PWM. You'll have to browse the usual manufactures to find the one want you want. Basically it takes total incoming wattage and smart charges a battery and should it have the capacity it'll run load on devices as well at what ever voltage is most efficient. If you get a nice one, it'll manage the battery as well as incorporate environmental factors for optimization. i.e. as it gets colder it will raise the min disconnect voltage on the battery to preserve it. Plus they tend to be capable at bringing a dead battery back to life in some cases as well. The Viktron BlueSolar PWM Pro would be a good place to start but you may find something better. with more research.

I’ve been in a similar situation, trying to simplify my wiring and make everything run automatically. The solution I found was a smart dual-output MPPT charge controller. This type of controller can handle two different systems: one for the 12V car battery and another for your Ecoflow. It ensures that once the 12V battery is full, the controller will automatically start charging your Ecoflow with the higher voltage.

I was able to find a solid option from https://solarsmart.ie/solar-panels-dublin/ for my own setup, and it made a huge difference in making things automatic and hassle-free. It’s really nice not to have to manually manage everything anymore, and it worked out great for my needs.
