I wish I can have both haha. I love the look of the Gladiator more and how easy it is to build and play around it. I think I want the Gladiator more and just need that little push from someone for me to go for it.

I really appreciate your help clearing some things up for me. Once I get it I will be posting a picture of it in here.
If you plan on building it the Gladiator platform is 100x better.

Glad we could help you decide. Share some pictures once you get it

Mojave with 35’s for the win! I have a Bronco outer banks with the 2.7 and Sasquatch package. I like the transmission in the Mojave much better.

That a sick looking car not gonna lie and that’s the color I’m considering to get if I pulled the plug on it.Either the white or the gray.

All cars have there problems. I myself... My 2018 Ford 10 speed was super wonky.. Hard shifts when cold.. Also, from day one.. the 5.0 would drink 3 quarts of oil every 5k miles.. Probably improved by now.. I'd hope anyways..

4 letters for you..
J -just
E - empty
E- every
P - pocket

The Ranger back seat is nearly worthless. The top and door removal requires a reciprocating saw ?

Here's your push ----- Just DO IT! Get the Gladiator and have fun! You're already part of this forum, so may as well seal the deal.

There is no Magic 8 Ball telling you what the future reliability of either is going to be. Opinions here are anecdotal.

Have you gone on the appropriate Ford forum asking the same question? Probably a mixed bag over there also.

I am in the market for a midsize truck. I have narrowed it down to the new ford ranger raptor and the Gladiator Mojave.
This will be my daily and only car and will be off roading in the weekends (Sand dunes) I live in Saudi Arabia and most of the off roading we do is in the sand/sand dunes.

I want something reliable. I red online that Ford’s 10 speed transmission is pretty bad which made me look into the Gladiator Mojave which is suitable for sand more than the Rubicon. But I also red online that the gladiator has issues with steering and death wobbles as well as few have mention that they had transmission issues with the 8 speed automatic. Not sure how true and common these issues are. prefer the look of the Gladiator way more than the ranger raptor.

I used to own a 2013 Wrangler that I liked until the hood came off while I was driving in the highway. Which made me hate the car and sold it after fixing the hood and the windshield.

I need your advise if the Gladiator Mojave will be the right choice for my needs. The only mod I’m planning to do is get 35 inch tires with 17 inch wheels.

PS: This is my first time here in this forum so if I submitted this in the wrong place I apologize.
I own a 2021 Mojave. 20k miles and Not 1 issue! I ordered mine with the Rag top and that was the deciding factor for me. I'm sure the Ford is nice, but until you can remove the top and doors, it's just another truck! Good luck

That’s true but at least I can get some info from current users that can help me decide and seems like they already did.

I didn’t find much info from users on Ford forums as the new Ranger Raptor is very new. But I have found out online and from my friend that owns a Bronco that the 10 speed transmission is not that good and have issues.

Thanks. I’m glad to hear that. Seems like everyone is enjoying their Gladiator which is awesome to hear. Can’t wait to get my Mojave and go out on the dunes and have some fun. I miss going off roading and it’s time to get back to it.
