Just an update on this:

The dealer says they’re checking for a wiring issue between the RF Hub and ignition. They’re taking the rear seats out now. What a mess.

I’m thinking maybe critters chewed some shit up. I live in a meadow basically so this wouldn’t surprise me. My truck also sits ALOT. It moves 1-2 times a week, always on the weekend.

Jeez. They found a soaked map that shorted the RF hub per the service manager.

Not sure how it got wet. Leaking back window would be my best guess as I never have any liquids back there. I don’t know why all of the sudden though.

The RF hub is under the rear seat, driver side.

More than likely a rear window leak that got water into it.

Too bad I’m out of warranty. I’d probably have some ground to stand on for a warranty claim.

I’m glad they found the issue though. I was worried about ongoing electrical stuff (fingers crossed lol)
