@tommyp and others. A quick follow up.

Ended up taking your advice and it was spot on. Pulled the OEM springs, AEV spacer, and shock extensions. Replaced with longer shocks and Clayton springs. Brought me up almost 2” in the front and measuring off the bottom of the body seam is 1/2” of rake. Also took the opportunity for new track bar and rear track bar bracket.

The Clayton stuff was awesome and I should have gone that route right from the start. With that said, because I like the look I may just leave the 2” rear AEV spacer because the truck looks and performs great. It’s also back and forth as the Clayton rear 2.5” spring then requires a 1/2” spacer to level the front again. I’d need to pull the front apart again to place the spacer. This would only achieve another 1/2” lift.

hindsight- could have just ordered the rear springs and spacer and done it all today while I was in there. I do like the current look however and have zero concerns over the OEM spring and the AEV quality. The change (if I make it) would just be for continuity.

Lastly- can’t believe I paid to have the AEV stuff installed. This job took me about 3.5/4 hours taking my time and changing four shocks and adding the track bar. Very straight forward.
Thanks @Clayton Off Road for answering my dozen questions.
Looks Great!! Nice work. Yeah the suspension stuff is pretty easy. Just have to make sure you tighten stuff under weight instead of hanging.

I bet it rides a lot better with the clayton springs

Good tip that I fortunately caught through YouTube university. Was able to drop the axle without touching LCAs which was a bonus. Also because 190 FtLbs under a truck in my back is awful. Just needed to worry about sway bar links, track bar, and shocks.
Thanks again!

The Clayton 2.5" springs front and rear leaves just the right amount of rake in my opinion.

But I think your looks great as it is. I wouldn't mess with it.

I have 340/343 front springs. They gave me an additional 1.25" over my stock Sport S Max Tow springs with the factory front bumper.

I now have a steel bumper and a winch. So I bet I'm sagging a good 1/2".

For once…I’m going to leave it be for a little bit. I may end up heading this route though mostly because a: I like the idea of another 1/2” clearance and b: like the idea of spring continuity front to back. For b: doubt that even really matters, but why not.

Went from AEV spacer lift to now slowly piecing together a DIY setup. Front trackbar and Mopar LCAs. In the back I did a track bar bracket and will likely add at least a pair of upper control arms to correct the minor pinion angle. None of it is necessary and all within limits. I figure however that it comes from the factory dialed in, I may as well keep it right there vs “within tolerances.”

Here's mine with 2.5" Clayton springs front and rear. I'm glad I didn't use a small spacer in the front. A couple different views because the ground isn't quite level there.

I'm glad that it worked out OP.

Right now I have Rubicon HD front springs, 3/4" spacers F&R, Mopar LCAs, and Bilstein 5100s.

The Clayton 2.5" kit is my next move.

That’s a great look(ing) truck. Thanks for the double photos. The top one is too much rake for my taste, but the bottom photo looks just right. They are cheap enough (at this point) since I have all the other things minus springs. I’ll sit on it for a few and maybe make the order.

You won’t even need a full kit. Springs front and rear and some longer sway bar links.
