How many miles on your truck now? This is a perfect example of why not to use anything skyjacker. There's no reason you should have warn out joints and "out of round" tires already.

The added caster should help a lot, glad to see you got it to someone who has a decent idea of what they are doing, unlike dealers.
30000. I'm not sure whether the suspension parts caused the out of round tire issue or if the out of round tires caused the wear on the track bar. Admittedly the Skyjacker lift is not super high quality, however, it was one of the few that were available in July of '19. The trackbar is pretty puny when compared to other aftermarket options. I believe my real mistake was buying cheaper tires.

Swap front/rear tires if you want to try and verify whether an out of balance/round tire in the front is causing DW.

Yes, I did this. The 2 tires that have distinct choppy wear were put on the back and the other 2, which look good and weren't wearing badly, were put on the front and it got worse. I put them back the other way and still get a pretty good shimmy right at 50mph but it doesn't quite go into DW.

thinking about this from a machinist point of view, it could not hurt to check the run out of the rims. very often round things are not round! you found the tire had an out of round so check the t.i.r. on the rim where the bead is in both orientations. if a rim is warped at all it could be violent at high speed.

think like that silly keystone cops clip where the rims are so warped they look like they are not bolted on. i don't expect they are warped as you seem to have fixed it, but the next guy reading this thread will now have a flash back from that time he was rock crawling and shifted that big boulder sideways with the left rear tire and when he installed the new lift, rotated the tires...

cause that never happens....
