I don't have that yet. I might add that later. I just saw the reflector and thought what if.....I use the bed rock rail as a step. It’s always available, even when the tailgate is open... and it’s easier to grab the side of the bed to jump inside.

Two ways to remedy this:But by removing the reflectors, you then have no rearward reflectors, which are required equipment.

I use this all the time. It makes a great step.I use the bed rock rail as a step. It’s always available, even when the tailgate is open... and it’s easier to grab the side of the bed to jump inside.

If this is true, then the Rock Hard rear bumper for the JT is not compliant to your statement that reflectors are required equipment. But by removing the reflectors, you then have no rearward reflectors, which are required equipment.

The halogen taillights have a small reflectorized band around the outer edge. I don’t know about the LED lights. There is a minimum requirement for the size of the reflective surface. Is it possible that the rear taillights on the JL and JT meet the reflex reflector requirement?
I haven't actually looked at mine, but I have to assume that the tail lights have reflective red parts just like every other vehicle, no?But by removing the reflectors, you then have no rearward reflectors, which are required equipment.
