Ok… so I ordered a set from Amazon. They look like OEM and are decently heavier than the factory hinges.

It is litterally (2) bolts to remove the top 10mm

Bottom hinge is a 13mm (i think) single bolt.

Takes less than 5 mins to complete and is TOTALLY WORTH IT!

Cost is -$38.

I bought these and they’ve been sitting in the box. Truck was stolen at the beginning of the month, but thankfully it was found. Got these right away to either put on mine or on whatever replacement jeep I would’ve had to buy. Truck is at the body shop now, but hope to put these on first thing when I get it back.

How secure do the locks feel? I’ve seen a lot of mixed reviews on the Amazon options.

Now take the blue protective film off.
Damn - I was hoping they were blue to match my truck. I was going to ask if they came in purple to match my wife's Jeep.

I love mine. Just have to remember to unlock them when I take it in for service. Also, I installed gas struts for the hood. One of the best things I ever did, I really disliked the hood prop rod....

Nice but I went with the Bolt one, it uses the manufacturer key so I don't have to track and carry other keys. And when I give my key to the dealer, I also give them the key to the hood. Costs more I am sure, but worth it to me.

Glad to hear. Thanks for the feedback. Amazon brands can be very hit or miss.
Yup...
I had a set very similar to these, and the, "Stainless steel," locks & pins were rusting within 3 months.
