2wd, locker on, traction off, D1, punch it till rotates off driver using the passenger as a stop/pivot. Just don't smack the door into the tree.

Mud, water on the wheel ...we got it out by deflating to 4psi, and using a branch to lever the passenger side out from the tree... and we did not have to cut the green tree down... a thing the forest service frowns upon.
