How much will a Rubi take off suspension really improve my stock Sport S suspension?

Not a "suspension guy" but I'm looking for my Sport S to have a better ride...current one (stock) is quite loose.

I'm not a wheeler, not going to climb rocks, not going to lift my JT, and not interested in getting into a flex contest.
...I'm simply wanting an improved ride.

I've read that just a set stock Rubi springs and shocks can really upgrade my situation. Is that true based on what I want (above)?
I've also read, if I do this, shocks and springs are all I need since the control arms, etc. are all the same between trim models? Is that true?

I'm obviously, trying to just upgrade the parts I need.

Thanks for helping a "non suspension guy"!

Some people say it improves the ride. Some say it doesn't. Most people do it as a budget lift. If you want an improved ride Mojave suspension seems to be the way to go. Most people say it's quite a difference. But good luck finding a set. And when you do it won't be cheap.

For the most part it depends on what your looking for in a suspension. Your sport s I'd going to have a softer ride than a Rubicon which tends to have a stiffer ride than a Sport s. So basically it comes down to that really. I have also heard the Mojave suspension is nice but I prefer a more stiffer ride. One of the reasons I added front Rubicon springs to mine but kept my rear max tow springs for towing purposes.

Rubicon shocks firmed up the suspension on my sport max tow.

I changed out the front springs on my Sport to a set that came on a Rubicon, I also changed the shocks to the Rubicon Fox shocks, I think it rides firmer and harsher, I did it primarily for the lift. I did not change the rear springs as I have a max tow and wanted to keep them for when I tow.

I added rubicon shocks and springs last week and I love the change. I found that the stock sport shocks tended to bounce and the Rubicon take offs feel firm but not harsh. As I nice byproduct, it leveled out the front with 1"1/8 increase. No real gain in the back.

Also, just did shocks and springs (339, 340, 449 & 450) no other parts required.

Nice - now to find some take offs!

I did it and enjoy it. It makes the ride a little less bouncy and I got about and inch lift up front. Shocks and springs are all you need and if you search the forum, you can more or less fund step by step instructions to diy. Check against some YouTube videos. Mine have only been on a few months, but I hear it will get bouncier over time, so there are better shocks out there, but this is a nice budget option.

I don't have any complaints about my Sport-S ride, it's smooth and I really like it a lot. However, when the time comes down the road, I'll probably upgrade to the Fox shocks or suspension, since that's what they use on the Rubicon.

I went with Rubicon LE front springs (340/343), a 1" spacer in the front, and a .75" spacer in the rear. Then added Mopar extended LCAs and Bilstein 5100 Shocks and Steering Damper.

It definitely rides firmer than stock, but the stock ride was very unsettling. Lots of uncontrolled movements over bumps. It was too soft for me.

I also gained right at 1 1/8" of height in the front with just the Rubicon springs (No spacers installed).
