How to prime engine

I havent gotten my JTRD yet, but when I do I would like to know how to prime the engine. I normally only run it to .25 tank and refill, but if for some reason it runs out of fuel, how do i go about priming it? My dmax had a mechanical pump up top. My bobcat has one too, and then i crack an injector to let the air escape. My powerstroke had an electric one... What does the Jeep have.

It’s in the manual. Around page 401.

But, fill it up with at least 2-5 gallons.
Push ignition switch twice without foot on the brake.
Do this 2x.
Start like normal.
It may run rough while air is purged from fuel lines.

Ether is bad. Especially with glow plugs

There's nothing as depraved as a diesel on an ether binge.

But to add to the above, ether can bend your connecting rods if it pre-ignites, which it is prone to do.
