I picked up a new LE this weekend, and have seen this message at least 5 or 6 times when starting the truck. Can anyone tell me what this means?

It's a USB error message. If there's nothing connected to the USB ports, it needs to go to the dealer for a checkup.

I've had wireless headphones plugged into the USB port in the center console. So what does the error message mean if something IS plugged into the port?

That the USB system is seeing something that is reporting to it as a HUB(a USB device that supports more than one thing, or more USB devices) and that it is not supported. So nothing to worry about with your headphones (assuming you are just keeping them charged).

There are also two USB ports on the back side of the console which are for charging only, and don't communicate with the system.
The left side does communicate with the media system. Right side is charging only.
