Ok.
I got the permanent p2002 code.
What is this and do I need to take it in?
I can clear it, but the word permanent throws me.
BTW it is still under warranty.
Thx

I could be wrong but I think a permanent code means you can't clear it, it has to clear itself. Emissions stuff and whatnot.

Of course there are other ways to clear codes.

::edit::
DPF efficiency below threshold. I never dealt with that myself but maybe time to look up how to force a regen?

I got the permanent p2002 code.
How many miles on the Jeep? And yes, you need to have the code documented at the dealership. Permanent codes typically are stored. It would take the dealer's tool to erase the code. The dealer will most likely replace/repair whatever caused the code.
