Hi all, for those that got the call, when did you place the order yesterday? I got the email around 630pm ET and saw it around 6:50pm.

Also, does this include all the options, I did not see heater steering whee and lockable rear seat storage for example listed.

I got the call at 6am PST and placed my order at 1:30pm yesterday. It literally has everything except the block heater and smokers package and dual top.

I put in my request at 416pm est yesterday. It was a bit before the email went out.

Got a call and an email from local dealer (one i hadn't considered using). Green salesperson, only 2 months on the job, had absolutely no information, and wondered if I wanted to come and test drive one before ordering. When I asked if he actually had one, he was confused, and wasn't even sure what vehicle I was inquiring about. Said my name had just "come across his desk as interested in a purchase".

I just accepted the msrp and he immediately put the order in. I tried taking to him about tread lightly and he said that he will be selling these at no less than msrp.

I just got my BOS with OTD pricing at $62,500. Ordered and expecting. M&L in Greensboro, NC. He confirmed with his Chrysler rep that Granite will be delievered late July to Early August.

Honestly, AJ at m&l has been awesome. I literally threw a number out that I said would make me happy and he went with it. No hassle at all. Could’ve probably gotten more but I was happy to have to hustle.

I got the concierge call at 7:00 PST this morning. Placed online yesterday at 13:15. The concierge could not connect me to place the order because it was 2 hours before the dealer opened. They asked me to call directly. At 9:00 I talked to the dealer. Only one salesman in and could not help right away. He did call back 20 minutes later. He did not know about the Launch Edition and wanted me to come in later in the week to pick options and trim packages such as Sport or Sport S. At this point he says he will have to talk to the manager when he comes in later today. this coupled with yesterdays debacle is getting rather frustrating with the lack of communication and knowledge on Jeep's part. Still do not have an order placed despite being very early on the list yesterday …

Deposit made and it's officialy on order!! (Firecracker Red) While at the dealer this morning, I was told they had 28 people on a wait list to order and I just jumped to the top.

I missed my call at 1000 EST, went to the dealer put the order in and a deposit, but the dealer needs the call/connection from the concierge before the order can go through.
Already been waiting 2 hours for a concierge call, dealer said it could be as late as tonight since the concierge has been so busy.

You will need to go to the dealer and place a deposit. This morning my concierge could not connect me to them, so I went down myself. None of the salepeople knew anything about it and the sales manager had to call jeep. In the end they worked it out and our Jeep Gladiator is now on order with deposit made. Some of the salespeople commented that they had 28 people on a wait list to order and I was just jumping the line. Good luck!

I just got the call. But they wanted to connect me with a dealer in my town. When I told them I was wanting to work with @Travis@TriCityJeep they told me they couldn’t connect me but they would have him call me.

same scenario. My local dealership is in a very high income area and they think everything should be marked way up. They quoted me over $3k for the Mopar lift kit on a JL. I decided to go with TriCity

My Concierge could not connect me (kept going to voice mail). I went to the dealer, they called jeep and got all the info. I watched the dealer enter all the data into the computer. They took my deposit, shook my hand and said i was thier first Gladiator sale.
