Installed Amp Powerstep and JT won't start.

Update: The dealer was able to get it started. It took their tech several hours and he ended up disconnecting the PCM and both batteries... disconnected all the wiring from the power steps.. then reconnected everything (minus the power step wiring) and it started right up. Thanks all for your input!

So have you been able to install the step and have everything working? I haven't seen this anywhere on the listing for the power step where I bought it from and am about to install on a diesel JT. If I need something special from AMP, I would like to get that before I have the same problem.
