Hey y'all!!! Just joined today. Bought a 2026 Texas Trail Gladiator 23 days ago. Today reached 1000 miles on the odometer.

My previous ride was a '99 Jeep Grand Cherokee that I purchased in 2002 and still running with over 250k miles.

Can't wait to read everyone's tip, tricks and hacks!!

Hey everyone. New here, bought a 2025 High Tide back in February. Pushing close to 9000mi on the odo now. I live in Alabama, born and raised in Georgia. Met my wife in Auburn AL, then we moved to Athens AL where we've been living since 2014. I like to hunt and fish so I needed a truck, but really been wanting a Jeep so when I saw this Gladiator, best of both worlds. I also play a lot of guitar for different groups, country, rock, classic rock, and a jazz group. But my real love is 80s hairmetal and thrash, and neo classical shred guitar, got some big amps so another reason I needed a truck. My bass boat is an 18ft Stratos and the JT pulls it and stops with no problems. Owned a few CJ's back in the 80s and early 90s, and thats where my Jeep love started. Hadn't owned one in years, so I figured it was time. Things I've done so far..
Barricade Trail force front bumper with Barricade 12000lb steel rope winch and Barricade skid plate.
Barricade hd rear bumper.
Roll up tonneau cover
Bedrug bedliner
Terraflex 1.5" front spacer leveling kit
JKS quick disconnects
Ez4x4 hardtop lift and folding door stand
Ez4x4 Phantom tube doors painted to match
Ez4x4 roof flip top hinges painted to match
Tazer JL mini
Rough Country quad pod with ambr drl's
Neoprene seat covers(leather gets hot as hell with top and doors off, especially with shorts on)
Warn winch interrupt wired to aux switches.
Lights are also wired to aux switches except drl's, they are added to the fuse box with an add a circuit so they come on with ignition. I'm sure I'm forgetting something, but thats about it. I saw a post where ya'll showed your other rides, I'll just post mine here.

Yes it is. I take it out occasionally on some of the same twisty roads I ride the bike on, like a 180hp go cart. It's my wifes, but she now wants to trade it in for a 2 door Wrangler.

Yeah, not to derail but I'm a big Mazda fan. I've owned and driven some pretty nice cars in my life but my wife has a new CX-70 Turbo S Premium and that is the hottest mommy car I've ever driven. I ALMOST don't miss my Gladiator when we take her car out instead of mine... Almost...

I also owned two back to back Mazda 6 Signature models before I came back to Jeeps during a period of my life when I thought I needed something more civilized. Those damn cars with the twin turbos and paddle shifters cost me about 5 speeding tickets, 3 of them in one month which made me trade the red one for a dark blue so I didn't drive around in a cop magnet.

I really like the Mazda's too. I've often thought about trading or selling the bike for a Mazda3 since they don't make the 6 anymore. We don't have any kids living with us anymore, they all live in Auburn with their kids. So we don't really need a big SUV or crossover. I also work at the Mazda Toyota plant here in Huntsville, I actually work on the Toyota side, but think the Mazda is a little higher end offering for the class vehicles being built there, Toyota Corolla Cross and Mazda CX50.

Nice Jeep btw , I’m a big Mazda fan myself … in the past year or so I’ve owned a Mazda Cx-50 and a Miata RF both were great running cars !
Unfortunately my wife and I found the Miata just too small . A fun car but just to small

Yeah, not a good car for long trips or shopping. Good for weekend fun and short daily commutes though.
