Is there any difference between JT or JKU Fox Rubicon shocks?

Rubi window sticker is misleading then. It specifically says Fox 2.0 performance shocks.
They are the real deal. The ones on a JLU are garbage.

It's all relative. As an Overland owner, they were a nice upgrade, and I got an inch out of the springs.
With one exception - the rear of my truck is a bit "bouncy" again after almost a year. Bad, no, but I hate the fact it's more than just an up/down thing, it does it at least twice.

The Gladiator rubicon shocks are not the 2.0 IFPs. They are branded as fox, but thats about the end of the similarities.
They are Fox shocks, but they are made specifically for Jeep and are not the same as what Fox sells directly to the public .

Mine have stayed "composed" so far, no double bounce yet, but I'm only about 4 months in, previous owner said they were low miles (shrug).

I have a different combination than many - Rubicon shocks and max tow rear springs. The front end is pretty composed. I have likely painted myself into a less than perfect combination of shocks vs. springs. But it's not horrible, I just get picky about some of that stuff and hate bouncy. Soft, but not bouncy.

Excuse me for further clarification - but it sounds like Gladiator Springs will not work on a JL - ?

Somewhat relevant - I am running JK front and rear sway links on my JT.

They were cheaper than the JT options, and I was being super picky about which lengths I wanted, ended up finding some JK ones that seemed perfect. The bolts used for the JK / JT are the same diameter so the bushings provided with them worked just fine. I was worried about the angle of the front sway links not being the same but they bolted right up nicely and Ive had no problems with them.

That said, I may swap the rears again in the future for a set with a ball joint, all these posts of shredded rear sway brackets got me nervous.
