Hey all! I just picked up my eco diesel gladiator last night. I was inspecting the front suspension and noticed one side has plastic looking pieces on the shock itself while the other side is different. Can anyone tell me if this is normal or post a pic of theirs?

Your shocks aren’t visible In those pictures. Are you talking about the light grey rubber on the spring?

If so, that’s there to reduce noise when you fully compress the coils. There should be one on all 4 springs.

Okay thank you for the info. I have 1 more question you may be able to help on. Do you know why drivers side has this base plastic piece (where spring ends, but not the passangers side? )

It looks like both sides have a rubber/plastic damper under the spring.... one side is black, the other is grey. Correct?

Earlier when you posted about your shock, did you mean spring? Or can you post a pic of your shocks?

As mentioned above, the spring isolator (the thing at the bottom) is on both, just different colors. I imagine that's to ease part picking and placement at the factory.
