I've been using the "Dashboard" as a handy place to log my regular maintenance.

Did an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection today.

Tried to log the info into the site, couldn't, and all old service records are gone.

Mileage shows zero, even though it's been input on each service.

Does this end after a time?

Mine is the same, hoping it is just a website glitch and all the entries come back. Luckily I kept a written record also. So at least I have a backup, but it was convenient to have on line records

Commodus, have you accessed it recently?

Mine is a 20 purchased in 19 so I wonder if the program has a lifespan.

I used that as my documented record, even though I'm pretty religious in my maintenance, it would have been nice to share.

I just got my new truck in Dec '24. The app now reports database error. Worked last week.

Same with my 23 Mojave I purchased in April 24.
Had the dealer prep logged, and my first oil change I had done along with the associated inspection for the oil change interval.

Looks like If I enter data from here on better make a backup.

Would be nice, I was thinking how convenient it is to have a Bona fide manufacture format to log our maintenance.

Considering how warranty is based partially on the maintenance performed on the vehicle. This was a perfect companion to FCA'S records

Hope they are just doing maintenance on the servers,and will restore data previously input.

Mini was doing this it was great to have records that Dealer could reference of my maintenance

I just signed in today for my JTM. No problem. But my wife's 2018 Compass was stuck on the same mileage for over a year. Today it says 0 miles. Very quirky web site at best.
