Got the bedrug installed yesterday. I've had 3 previous to this one (2 ram trucks and a superduty). Install was far easier for the gladiator and the product fits perfect

I’ve seen one install video and while installing he mentions how he does follow the directions for certain sticky placements. Mind sharing what method you used for the double sided tape?

the biggest thing is to make sure the areas where the two sided tape will sit are cleaned with alcohol...when spacing the small velcro pieces make sure each end of the velcro on the bed rug itself has a velcro patch. upper and lower at each end upper then in the middle then space them out accordingly...I did use one of the long white strips on the rear upright rails by the tailgate to ensure a tight long fit (if that makes sense). if you use just the red small velcro pieces there it will tend to not fit right over time...real truck has a couple of good videos on how to install on other trucks...hope that helps
