To round it out by adding midsize pickup sales for comparison.

Total sales for 2021 midsize:
Tacoma - 252,520
Ranger - 94,755
Gladiator - 89,712
Colorado - 73,008
Frontier - 60,693
Ridgeline - 41,355
Canyon - 24,125

What's impressive is that a decent portion of Tacoma sales are for work/utility vehicles. Same for Ranger and Colorado; although clearly not at the volume of Tacos.

I could be wrong, this is clearly my subjective outlook, but I would guess a large portion of Gladiator sales are for personal use. I don't think I've ever seen even a base Sport used as a work/utility vehicle. Almost 90K with a suppressed supply chain is pretty impressive IMO.

I also think some were waiting to see some reviews and ask others how they like their gladiators. I have people ask me from time to time. Those that were sceptical are now pulling the trigger.

This was back during the summer, when the shortage was a bit worse, at least in the Dallas area, had a guy actually knock on my door and ask if he could look at mine!

I of course said sure! 35s and Fox lift... guy was maybe 5'5 and a bit portly. He almost couldn't get in the thing, so who know what he thought when he left. Still thought it was kinda neat he actually knocked on my door just so he could sit in it!

Great numbers. The smartest thing Chrysler/Fiat and Sergio Marchionne did post-Recession was to elevate Jeep from a niche brand to a volume brand. Oh, and building more reliable vehicles that aren't as plastic-fantastic probably helped too.

Nice to see the big corporate numbers but...
What I'd really like to see is the breakdown to Gladiator trims and Motors, Hard top/soft top, colors etc... basically how did we do within the Gladiator Thunderdome.

Many Tacos are commercial 2wd. I’d like to see the numbers for 4wd only.

The Gladiator isn't doing half bad. It'd be interesting to compare once the rest of the competition releases midsize truck numbers. But just based on observation, I'm definitely seeing a lot more Gladiators on the roads these days.
Today in Albuquerque I saw 5 Gladiators, and 8 Tacomas in a one-hour period.

I’ll be doing my damndest to contribute to the 1st quarter 22 sales. Jeep could help out a little by giving us some color options.
Me too, but time's running out. Ordered Feb. 25, at D1 now.
