Saw this from another site, I don't know if it has any bearing, nor its meaning. Monica swallowed Chelsea's little brother. Often repeated, and the first thing that popped into my mind when I saw the sticker. I can't find a sticker like that on mine. Still looking.

I work for Kia and they put pictures of the worker with their name on stickers between the headliner and the roof of the car... Not sure if theyre supposed to remove them but I've found two of them already.
