Do any representatives from Jeep monitor these forums? I'm having a hard time dealing with my local Va dealer.

Thx in advance

Thanks a bunch I'll give them a call.
You can call, or send a private message through the forum. They monitor, but rarely do they provide a public response, except to tell you to contact them with a private message.

Just called Jeep Wave and created a case number.

Brand new Gladiator Rubicon

1. Dealer lost 1 original key and replaced with non-branded knock off. Jeep wave said that wasn't acceptable.

2. When truck went through prep (june 11th) the batteries were weak so they were replaced them. I have been driving it ever since. Went to start it today and it was dead. Called roadside assistance and they came right out. Opened the hood and the dealer had NEVER hooked the main batteries up. I had been driving on the Auto start/stop battery for 3 weeks. We hooked battery up and it started fine. Drove it around the rest of the day. Jump back in it tonight to go to work and it's only showing 12.5v while running..... auto start/stop battery is dead and appears to be draining the system. I will need another jump in the morning so I can drive it back to dealership... Not happy since I am still under 500 miles. 100% dealership problem, not the gladiator.

I will never use this dealership again.

Dealer is in Norfolk, Va
Oh dude, I will never go by them again. My parents live in Norfolk and I needed some warranty work done. HOLY JUST MADE THE WHOLE THING WORSE BATMAN. Other than the cute blonde that i met at the desk, that was the worst warranty experience I've had to date. My soft top had a defect and needed replacement. And i was spending a weekend with my parents so i decided to drop the truck off and get it sorted so I didn't have to drive back home listen to the soft top try to come apart. They didn't install their replacement fabric properly. So they ended up tearing the new fabric and bending the folding frame. They then called me, and said I need to approve 800 buck of work out of my pocket for their fuck up. because somehow they couldn't warranty the frame, or another fabric section. So i proceeded to call my home dealership and they said they'd have a whole assembly waiting for me when i got back. (granted they installed it wrong too, but it was fixable myself at least).

Did it happen to be Southern CDJR in Norfolk? I drove up there from East Tennessee to purchase my 2023. I was happy with the price and the salesman but the experience over all was a nightmare.

They'll chime in and nothing will happen. Expectation management should be taken with a grain of salt and shot of tequila
