Jeep Wave program diesel no longer available !

I have a rub Diesel with 17k. 2022.
this is in Houston.

I am trying to buy the wave program and it is a nightmare.
I call jeep wave (844-533-7928) and it tell me "that they don't sell it any more, and I need to call a dealership"
I call the dealership and it tell me "that need to call jeep".
call back jeep and it tell mel "to ask for the services department, they will sell to you"
call 3 other dealership in the houston area and it tell me that "they don't sale it to jeep diesel"

The question I have is: were can I please buy it.

Are all 3 owned by the same automotive group? Try calling a different dealership outside that group (or outside Houston) and see if they give the same answer. Some just don't want to deal with things like this and will say whatever sounds good to get you off the phone. It sucks, but it's how the dealership world works.

Does it show a purchase or renewal option when you login to your account on the Jeep Wave website?

I have the gas engine. When I renewed last time, I did it online.

Hi, it is a renewal. "Extend Your Plan"
this is what happen when I click to renew.

Take that to a Jeep dealer and show it to them. You're likely to get a better answer directly from the person that handles those, than from whoever answers the phone.

This is what I get when I try to extend my Jeep Wave with my JTRD.

Honestly though, for me this is only oil changes because I don’t expect or trust service techs to rotate 5 heavy 37” tires on beadlocks replacing a center cap, deflating the new spare, rotating with the specific 5 tire pattern, checking beadlock bolts, etc.

This was a nice perk, but I can do my own oil changes.
