Why the leveling kit? If it’s a daily driver and beach cruiser, you don’t need the clearance. You’ll peobably take a slight hit on highway mpg, slightly reduce stability, and maybe introduce the possibility of death wobble. I personally wouldn’t mess with the Jeep-designed and developed suspension. We’ve never had death wobble on 5 JTs or 8 JK and JLs with stock suspensions

Childishly, aestethics more than anything. I plan to size up tires when these wear down, other than that no reason. Is a level really that dangerous if it’s done professionally by an off road shop primarily focused on jeeps? I have it with Collin County Off-road in McKinney, TX

Also @Gladiatorguy what kind of bed rails are those, Billie bars? I see you have the tonneau with them and I haven’t found a whole lot of options compatible with a cover.

Not dangerous at all. You'll notice little differences (handling, MPG) but not dangerous. I have an 1.5" level kit on mine. Just turned 70k on it. Never experienced DW.

Probably best to cowl-mount it and connect to a small Fenix spotlight for aiming purposes.

Enjoy. Next thing you might want to invest in are the Mojave X springs, front and rear. Tightens up the bounce VERY nicely.

I did mine because the tail in the air look isn't for me.

Yea, it's a truck and when you load it, it levels out. That's fine. Still don't like it.

I've lost about 1 MPG between going up to 285 tires and the leveling kit. Still pull almost 19 MPG going back and forth to work, stability was not harmed (I have Bilstein 5100s now though instead of the Temu shocks the truck came with that were leaking fluid at 25,000 miles) and my death wobble was caused by a bad drag link.

I'd go so far as to say, the stock suspension is adequate on its best day and made by the lowest bidder to get you through the 3/36K warranty, at best. Same with the steering parts šŸ˜„
