Been on the road from Florida west to the Grand Canyon, then to the northern Alberta Canada. Ran out of time or I would have made it to Alaska and the Arctic Ocean. 2022 Gladiator Rubicon towing a Winnebago Hike 100. Averaged 10.2 MPG, gonna do my 4th oil change. I'll send off a sample for the last oil change. Ran fully synthetic 5W-30 or 5W-40 for towing. Drain and refill the rear one time. Rotated tires 2x. Jeep was flawless.

Florida to Arizona, then north to Grand Prairie Alberta. Seven days driving with one rest day for the return trip. Stayed mostly in Nation Forests and BLM locations. 8 national parks, 12 national forests/BLM areas in the US 4 provincial parks in Canada. Now...when may name is mentioned, the Trout hide. Caught 25+ brown trout, per day! on the Green River, Utah. However... Montana has the best fishing, in my book.

500W of solar, 4-100 amp hr LiFePo4 batteries, 50 amp DC to DC charger MPPT. Never fired up the generator. Got snowed in Wyoming end of April.

Made it home for my anniversary yesterday.... whew!

Congratulations! Now let’s see some of those brownies!

We were at St. Simon’s Island GA last week and three of us caught over 50 sea trout. Kept the largest for dinner!

Sounds like a cool trip. I would be interested to see the oil analysis when complete. I am currently running 5W-40 also and would be interesting to see the data point.

That's a Jeep commercial right there. The only thing it's missing is Han Solo whispering "and my last name is Ford." ;)

Great post.
