Just got an email update from "Heather" at 12:30, telling me what I've already known for 72 hours. Funny how disconnected and inconsistent their process and systems are. Surprisingly, I never received an email from Jeep Brand ([email protected]) about the status change. I got one when the order was confirmed, then another from them on 10/2 about the strike delays, but never got one when it was scheduled or here now when it moved into production (but the tracker obviously updated). Oh well, as long as I get some sort of timely update from one channel or another I'm good.

Good News! At this present time, your vehicle is being sequenced for build and is in the paint stage!

It’s sitting at dealer. I’ll probably go pick it up Wednesday. Interestingly, the wheels that came on it are different from the rendering.

You got a much nicer/better wheel than what would have come on a Sport. At no additional cost to you. I would chalk that up to a win for "us" and quietly move along and not say anything.

I picked mine up today and drove it home. Drove great, no complaints. Managed to hit a bit of dirt/mud on the way home to break it in. I’ve pulled the back window out and put it back in and dropped the top a couple of times already. Everything is functioning as it should! Super happy to finally get it, and the wife likes it!

My apologies. This past Sunday was a bit crazy. Here’s a few I took on Sunday morning. The clutch feels different than my 2 door sport and the wild peaks are shockingly quiet on the highway. Fuel economy got much much better after the first tank. 17mpg first tank, currently at 22.4

That is exactly what I want same color and manual too but a 2024. I may switch it to Anvil if they offer it on the 2024.

I'm getting the Firecracker red but mine is on the lot and has the painted fenders. I actually prefer the black to match the black hard top...
