Just ordered! Excited to get it. We have a 2019 JLUR for trail fun. This will stay a mall crawler (at least that is the goal) so went with the Sport S.

Are they giving you the "4 additional gallons of gas" in a jerrycan in the bed upon delivery?

Just placed my order with Leon at Criswell in MD for a gas Rubicon. I initially wanted the diesel but my commute is so short it would never be able to do a regen cycle.

Ah yea I see that now. Interesting. Well is what it is. Maybe I can ask for a hat instead of my gas.

Here's a final entry from me here on this thread. After more than three months from negotiation start to final delivery, including a few weeks where it apparently waited in a trucking depot only 150 miles from my house, I'm now enjoying some highway and some forest trails with my new JT Rubicon EcoDiesel. I'll be honest, it got a little frustrating there for a while, but damn this thing was worth it. Just such a pleasure to drive. It's my first Jeep -- yes, it took me 57 years to step up -- but I am one confirmed Jeep junkie now.

Hang in there, my friends. i wish you all as much fun as I'm having.

@GrayBeard59, gotta say, you look like a cool dude to have a brew with. Congrats and hope you enjoy it as much as I and I'm sure others on here have!
Thank you, and yes I am a cool dude to have a beer with, LOL. I'm really looking forward to having a couple cold ones in camp after hitting the trail in the new JT. It's been 10 years since I sold my CJ5.
